    Hello gUys I was having a problem with my z10. The error message was The camera cant be started. I tried to reload my os using blackberry and autoloader but it doesnt work :'(

    Had the same problem, tried everything possible there is, reload OS, old bar file of the camera and many more...
    Sorry to disappoint you but nothing can be done :/
    It happened with 2 of my Z10s and PlayBook...only one of the Zs worked with one particular way forward me your email or BBM, I shall forward you the steps if you want

    I once had that problem, and a reboot solved it for me. You can also try a soft reset by holding down the volume up and down keys until your device restarts and shows the blue loading screen, then release the volume keys.

    All i did was to let the phone battery run down and discharge....after its charged up again...it solved the problem...i was plagued by this... im not anymore..its been months!

    Happened on my Q10.I tried everything and nothing worked. I was also unable to take screen shots. The only solution is to replace the phone. Sorry.

    It just happened to me. I shut down the Z10, took the battery out. Put everything back together. Rebooted. Working ok.

    Try to take on the memory card and reboot your mobile without it.. and then see how it goes if it works insert ur card in the mobile while it s working .. worked for me
