    I am using a z30. I get this complaint sometimes from my peers that when they call me they get a busy tone or their call does not get connected.

    Sometimes, I am unable to make calls as well and then I have to restart the phone.

    Any reason why this happens?

    what OS do you have on your phone? did you do an OS upgrade yourself? How did you do it? where did you get the OS?
    it is your radio file that is corrupt.

    but before we rush, have you rebooted your phone? like HOLD TOP BUTTON until it restart itself before you release?

    I used to have similar prob but after enabled 4g ( disabled to save battery) the prob disappeared... when the prob was there I just turn on/off flight mode, then I was back on track...

    It is bbos 10.2.1.2102. I installed a legit..OS, through my notifications. Also, this problem happens once in a while. In such a case when I restart my phone it works. However, I am unable to trace the cause.

    I tend to do the same, switch on/off the radio. But I really don't want to. Shouldn't it just be able to receive calls all the time unless I switch to flight mode deliberately
