Despite an article that this is already enabled I still don't see a way to do it?
I press & hold the file, then share and it still attaches the whole file? Tried from the Dropbox app and from the native file manager, still the same result...Please help. Thanks a lot!

when you press and hold the file, there is a 'share link' option. Are you running the latest OS and latest version of the app?

If I can add a bit more to the above. On the Q10 when you hold a file a small menu pops out. If you click share button on this menu it will not offer the "share link" instead when you hold the file and the short menu (with few options) pops out move your finger to the 3 vertical lines at the top of the menu and slide your finger to the left (or hit the 3 dots to the bottom of this menu and it'll do the same). This will pull the full menu out and when you scroll through this menu you'll see the above pic menu from zocster. Then you can select share link.

But sometimes if the file is just newly synced the share link is not visible automatically sometimes you need to wait a little longer or try to close and open the Dropbox file.

But I'd say some defficiency of the app as well as the 3 dots for extra menu options are in grey (and I take them for inactive) as opposed to being in white as throughout the OS...screenshot below. But then the vertical lines are always in grey, throughout the OS...
