Already dig all phone and don't find a way to pul out the "Sunrise" alarm clock sound on Z30.
Were I can find this file?

You want to change the sunrise notification? If so you go into clock app, select the alarm profile from one of the options across the bottom. Press the main alarm which is visible at the bottom and it will take you into the settings of this alarm profile. In there you will see alarm tone, press that and it goes into the tone settings where you can change your alarm tone and add custom tones. The "add music" option is at the bottom of the tone settings screen.

If you have multiple alarm profiles, there's a small icon in the top right corner of clock app. It has a small clock and three bars. Press that and it will go to your list of alarm profiles. Just choose which one you want to edit and follow the same instruction.

Simplest to use Universal Search. Once you've searched and found the file in Universal Search, a long press on the file will open a menu. Select "share" and then select how, or with what app you wish to share the file (email, text, Box, Dropbox, Remember, Evernote, etc.) Install it on your other device and you're done.

Universal search usually doesn't pull up system files, and I believe an alarm sound would be considered a system file. I did a search on my Z30 and no file came up.
