So I had the same thing happening as everyone else. I use igrann to post to both twitter and Facebook. So when Facebook wouldn't open in the hub I decided to make a post to Facebook directly. Since then, new Facebook messages have opened in the hub like butter. maybe it's looking to open Facebook through igrann? I have no idea... but I haven't had a problem since. Tl;dr post to Facebook directly. Corrected my problem.

I was having the same issue with messages or alerts not opening, the screen would dim and nothing would happen. I corrected my issue by un-installing the app and reinstalling it through bb world. Hope this helps someone. I haven't had any issues since

Can also go into accounts then go to your Facebook account...turn off sync messages then save....then turn on and save.

Haven't had a problem since.

I have this issue every now & then....will try your method the next time it happens to me
