So as you can see I'm having issues...If I leave my phone Idle my bbm stops working all my contacts disappear, the phone app won't show contacts or the keypad, hub won't budge, my phone contacts don't show...and I have the double type issue...

Anyone have and tips or know if these bugs are widespread and is BBRY looking into them?

Sooo I did a test with a time stamp and proof that I do indeed have contacts. Almost 10mins of my hub just trying to load after sitting idle.

Twice in 4 days, my wife's phone is going completely useless with a wipe of contacts, and no usable phone-pad to call anyone. After a restart it works again, but fails 2 days later.
I will say that she disabled her FB account just before this happened (via the web, not phone) - not sure if somehow a closed Fb account causes your Q10 to go haywire...

seconded.

OP, i'd suggest backing up your contacts to a cloud or with the intouch app (IntouchApp Contacts - Backup + Sync + Auto-update - BlackBerry World) maybe use firechest back up if you want to back up any texts... wipe, and start fresh.

I've done to wipes...I have noticed a change...I didn't upgrade to the new BBM...so far I haven't seen a bug out yet. I'm thinking this might be the cause. I know that the new bbm doesn't work with leaks, which I currently had before I updated. I'm thinking I should have wiped my phone before I updated my OS

Nah, cause I had a leak before updating. If you're not scared of leaks, why not try the newest one to see if that helps?
