    Just got the last part needed for my full BB10 OS collection delivered. In the package was the phone, an extra bag to mail your phone back, a pamphlet and a pre printed label. USPS is the return method of shipping. Order placed on Friday with free expedited shipping.

    How did the in-store assessment of your trade in go?
    We're you charged upfront for the phone or when they receive your phone in the mail.

    Can't edit from the app. But the in store process was simple for me just time consuming. I was the first one to take advantage at the store I went to so confusion was to be expected. I was not asked to get any other type of phone nor was any snide remarks made. The rep did mention the lack of BlackBerry phones but otherwise it went good.

    $50 discount instant with $200 deferred credit once they get my old phone. I only had to pay taxes and they set up another eip for me (I got a HTC One back in November on Jump I have only used for one week before I put it back in the box).

    Thanks Thannor, I was asking because I have two 8310's ( one is Tmo brand ) one of which I was planning to trade in for another Q10 instead of letting it sit in a small display I have for BB's I no longer use.

    I got my Q10 today! Same package and contents as you Thannor. I am returning a Bold 9780. I wasn't ready to get rid of my Z10 yet. Enjoying the feel of a physical keyboard again.
