Nice find... just finished doing it
204 files. A Lot more than what we originally had

I'm qualified to say so because I own a BlackBerry10 device

I was poking around my Z30 (10.2.1.2102 / 10.2.1.2141) with Ghost Commander. I found 197 additional notification and ringtones which don't show up in Settings, Notifications, [account], Browse Tones... Using Ghost Commander and these instructions you can copy these sound files to a place where they can be used. Folder paths are case sensitive in Ghost Commander (hereafter referred to as GC). These instructions are going to create a folder on the media card called sounds. The files will be copied into that folder. You can use any folder name and location you wish providing it is NOT on Device storage.

    1. In GC tap More (lower-right corner), Location, Change location
    2. Tap the the white box above so you can type in it
    3. Enter /accounts/1000/removable/sdcard and press enter
    4. Tap More, New, Create a new folder
    5. Create a folder called sounds
    6. Tap the sounds folder to open it. Tap More, New, Create a new file
    7. Name the file .nomedia (This is a special hidden file which will prevent these sound files from showing up in the Music app.)
    8. An editor will open. Tap More, Exit. You don't want anything in that file. You just want it to exist
    9. Tap More, Location, Change location. In the field above type /system/media and press enter
    10. Long press the audio folder, tap Copy. In the Copy audio to field, type /sdcard/download then tap OK. Wait for the copy to finish
    11. Open BlackBerry File Manager. Navigate to Device, downloads, audio. There should be 4 folders there called notifications, ringtones, ui and alarms
    12. Long press on any of those folders, tap Select More, tap all 4 folders so they have the thick border. Move them to Media Card, sounds
    13. You can delete the audio folder from Device, downloads as it should be empty

Because it is quite annoying to keep navigating back to the Media Card, sounds folder when trying different notification sounds, I recommend you use File Manager to sample the sounds until you find one you wish to use in Settings, Notification, [account].

Those of you familiar with GC may wonder why I copied the files to /sdcard/download in GC instead of just coping directly to the media card. In my testing I ran into problems doing that. Researching the issue I found BlackBerry is aware of occasional issues with Android apps (which GC is) accessing the media card. I found a good work around was to copy to a location File Manager can access on the device. Then use File Manger to move them to the media card.
    Nice find man!!!!

Thank you very much for sharing this. I also copied 204 files on my Z10 and this gives us a lot more variety to customize the device.

Interestingly, these seem to be the same/similar as the sounds that come with Cyanogenmod.

Are these from the Android runtime?

A minor question, how do you copy text files on CB app? I'd like to just copy-paste the path. Or this is not possible (Q10)?

If you go to reply with quote... then it opens the CB Reply editor and you can copy from the original post. Then cancel out.

Got it thanks. But what I did is just to navigate to the folder. Hmm, the GC version I got maybe different as what the OP is using as some steps are different.

It's an android application. You need to swipe down from the top to invoke the BB10 runtime back/menu bar.
