I got an amber alert on my legacy phone just yesterday.

Bluegrass Cellular
Cellcom
Cricket Wireless
Sprint Nextel Corporation
T-Mobile USA
U.S. Cellular
Verizon Wireless (Bold 9930, Curve 9310,9330,9370 Torch 9850, Z10)

Verizon was the only provider to list out what devices they have are WEA enabled.. interesting the Q10 isn't on there.. i'm thinking its an omission by accident... It must be a standard at this point so all new phones should have it.

I believe BBOS devices had the ability to list Emergency Weather alerts by themselves (without the need for an app), but can't remember as it's been so long... Could just be what Grumblegrumble mentioned though with using BeWeather Pro, since I used their wallpaper function a lot on my old 9810.

Don't feed the troll. We get Amber alerts. All you have to do is enable them if they aren't already enabled.

My Curve 9360 had this function included in an OS update.

I have found that BeWeather Pro and even the Accuweather app are better at giving warnings than the Emergency Alert message function on my Z10.
