    Hey!

    I'm having some problems with BES accounts. The BES activation is running fine but our BES is using our IBM Notes Traveler server to sync the emails.

    The problem is probably caused by the BB10 OS version. For instance, 10.1.0.4633 is working fine.
    Later versions are having major problems. 10.2.1.x

    So my question is, is there a way to rollback a BB Z10 / Q10 / Q5 and Z30 back to a stock 10.1 OS version?
    I tried using BB Link on one of our devices but it only went back to 10.2.1.537 and auto updates immediately..

    Any ideas?

    IBM Notes Traveler seems to be a bit crap on 10.2.1. I'm using Microsoft EAS for Notes Traveler instead. So far so good. Just like before release 10.2 and below.

    I'm going to have a look if we have the possibility to try this out.
    If not I will start with upgrading our BES to the latest patch 10.2.1 because it is still on 10.2.0...
