i just noticed that my bbm channels don't update unless i go click on every single channel ...anybody knows what to do ? thanks

It seems it's a bug. My subscribed channels were doing that too.

Lately for me they are getting a bit better and showing the spark on individual channels with new posts rather than me opening a channel without a spark then it telling me a new post was added.

Oh I see. You may have muted individual contacts so you don't see their BlackBerry profile updates ?

I've done this on a few of my BBM contacts.

no no i mean i don't get the updates from channels like i do from contacts , its really annoying

Same issue here too. Hope BlackBerry has noticed this.

It is irritating ton open every channel to just check for new posts.

I just started having the same problem on Saturday, when I switched my BBM account from my Z10 to my new Z30 and then back to my Z10. I also don't get Hub notifications when things are posted to my favourite channels or when someone replies to my comment on a channel post. It's really annoying. I contacted BB about it a few hours ago. I hope they reply soon. I tried restarting the device, but that had no effect. :-( Are you guys still having the problem ? If not, what did you do to fix it ?
