My Torch 9810 screen goes black and the little red light goes off and on in the right upper part of the phone. No buttons or keys work...then I have to reboot and everything is fine. Battery is charged and my auto on/off is turned off. Help!

How often does this happen? Bumping so maybe someone can help.

Few questions for clarity. Does the screen go black while the device should normally be stable and functioning? How many times does the red light blink and how long is it? When you have to reboot it do you do a battery pull or does it restart itself? It could be the battery that is slowly dying so if you have a spare to check against that would also help.

we put in a new flex cable
we tried to use Desktop Manager software, but it doesn't connect to it
we tried to use AppLoader but it doesnt work.

Hey, I've had similar problems. Red blinking... Then I found this https://chimeratool.com/ they have solution for many probs, think you should give it a shot... It may help you too.
