    My colleague is having an issue with his new Z30 and BBM.

    He can receive BBM messages from non BlackBerry devices - but can not send but gets a red X.

    Is there a setting that can be changed?

    BBM could be having issues right now. I'm having the same problem, messages are not being sent.
