    Hi

    I have a BlackBerry q10 and, after I change the keyboard, they don't start, stay with logo of BlackBerry and disappear.. don't load after logo, only stay off.

    I loaded the OS, but not solved. The load completely successfully..., but don't load

    Anybody have the same problem and solved this??

    Right.. I found the problem
    Do not know what the name of it, but I think it broken and so isn't starting anymore =(
    Too bad. Anyone know the name it?
