Look, everyone, AT&T is not in a hurry to release new update...they keep lying. Use autoloader provided by Crackberry, it's safe and easy...I speak from experience. I love the new os, it makes everything much easier and smoother. And hey android apps on blackberry work real well.

I recommend sachesi too, it's easier to me than autoloader and I waited on ATT and it looks like they do not care so last week I loaded up the new os and know I can't live without it

From what I understand Sachesi does not remove what is already on your phone but autoloader will wipe everything away. For AT&T Z10 what carrier settings should be used for Sachesi. I too have been lied to by AT&T. I will never buy another phone from them unless it is unlocked.

It's nondestructive, just like an OTA. If it makes you feel better, use the autoloader. I prefer not having to restore or set up after if possible.

This will be the fall of BlackBerry in USA.
First Carriers AT&T ,T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint extremely delayed release of updates may cause lesser demand for BlackBerry.

This year Apple may release 4.7 and possibly 5.5 inch shiny I-CRAP and android will release galaxy s6 also bigger screen SPY YOU phone. It may not beat current Blackberry in features, efficency & security . Beating possibly by already setting up the market for BlackBerry to fail.

Second By then no carriers in USA will want to carry any future released BlackBerrys . Due to decrease in demand.Thats how a junk phone company will beat BlackBerry.

It is crucial Carriers release BlackBerry OS updates . What will be BlackBerry strategy for success in USA?

I used the Sachesi method too. First time trying it. All other OSs were loaded using autoloaders. Of course, some leaks were only available through autoloaders. The only time you can really use something like Sachesi is when an OS is available on the production server - when a carrier somewhere makes it official like 2141 was.

Using an autoloader and then doing a full restore seemed to always cause me some problems. Then, I figured the best method was to remove all accounts first, then do a backup (without account, calendar and contacts to mess things up), autoload the OS, reload apps from BB World, full restore (except media - I do that manually later), reload sideloaded apps, re-create all email account (the exchange account re-imports calendar and contacts), and Facebook account. While the actual autoload takes maybe 10 minutes, the whole process of backing up, restoring and recreating the accounts can take several hours by the time it's all done to my satisfaction.

The great thing about using Sachesi was that it only took the time of loading in the OS. That process does take longer - maybe an hour and a half or so. I don't know the exact time - I started it late Saturday night and fell asleep about 15 minutes after I started it and the phone was saying it was about 20% done. I woke up about three hours later and it had already finished and rebooted itself. I checked the About screen and I was on Software Release 10.2.1.2102 and OS 10.2.1.2141. Didn't have to redo anything afterward. All app worked, including android apps. All settings stayed put.

Now, I was updating from 1925, so the difference was more for the bugs fixes in the new OS. All features in the 10.2.1 branch have been set, so don't expect anything new from the previous 10.2.1. That's also probably why the OTA-like update went so smooth. I don't know how smooth it would be coming from 10.2.0, or even the current AT&T official 10.1.

    I just loaded this one.https://mega.co.nz/#!LghVDaTI!8cpeBg...yMXu88uP3QRyqE
It works perfect and took about 20 minutes to do. I did a back up and then a restor after loading. You will have to redo all your accounts but that was to easy
