I just did a non-destructive upgrade to 10.2.1.2141 using Sachesi, here's how to get the upgrade.

Use 234 015 Q5 to do your search, I think that I used SQR 100-2.

Click download all, after the download is finished, plug your Q10 into the computer.

Go to the Install page click folder. Here u choose the folder where Sachesi saved the files. Once u click OK, the upgrade starts, there is no prompt.

Sit back and wait. Mine took about an hour to finish. When Sachesi finishe, the phone rebooted once or twice. And I was good to go.

Has anyone tried this with Sprint SQN100-4 device? I have been trying to load 10.2.1 leaks and keep getting errors. I have tried Mega through Crome, Firefox, and now Sachesi and can,t get it to work. Crome didn't work at all. Firefox I have loaded it six time and it works for a short time and starts rebooting all the time. And now with Sachesi all I get is errors. Any suggestions?

Upgrading this way is the same as an OTA from the carrier. From what I understand Sachesi just tricks the phone into thinking it's OTA.

This is different then upgrading from an Autoloader. Also, you can't upgrade the OS from a Browser.

Almost seems like the upgrade is too much of a upgrade.

What os are you on currently?

I'm running 10.1.0.4828. My guess it has something to do with the sim card. If I pull the card the OS loads and can us the Q on WiFi. As some as I put the sim card in it starts rebooting all the time, says there is an unkown sim card installed, and an unknown error shows up on header of phone. If I leave the sim card in and load the OS it gets about a quarter of the way through the install and errors. It does this with zip7 and Sachesi methods.

Hrm. Yea i'm not sure about that sim issue.

Are you opposed to running the autoloader? If you set yourself up right, the pain of adding things back can be greatly alleviated.

For STL 100-1, with Sachesi, use 262/02.

I have the same, STL100-3, on AT&T in America. I just upgraded to 10.2.1.2141 utilizing Sachesi and downloading all .bar files from the U.K. servers. I used country code 234 and carrier code 015 to search for the update. Set to search for STL100-2 or STL100-3 files. Once Sachesi finds the 10.2.1.2141 update, tell it to download all .bar files. It will load them into a download folder. Remember where this folder is located. Once done with the download, tell Sachesi to install, click on "install folder", point the prompt to the location of the downloaded .bar file folder, double click on the folder and it should take off. Took my phone about 35 minutes to be updated. As posted above, the phone will automatically reset and then be good to go. If your phone was in good operating condition before the update, it should be after. Do not interrupt the installation sequence. Be patient and let it flow. My phone is now conserving battery better than it has for a long time and everything is working. I did however, go back and install, by side loading, the .bar files for the face focus camera that came with the 10.2.1.1259 leak and the clock .bar file so that I would have the Porsche Design clock. These two items disappeared after the Sachesi update to 10.2.1.2141. Good luck and enjoy your Z10. This is a nondestructive update so all apps and data should be untouched. Like always, however, it is good to do a back through Link before starting the upgrade. When I got done, all apps were present and working. It did add back, however, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, etc., which I had previously deleted since I have no time or use for them. Apparently the .bar files for these apps were included in the download.

you might be installing the OS to the wrong variant of the phone.

    Tried the autoloader for Q5/Q10
As for Sachesi if I tell it that SQN 100-4 it reverts to US Q10 and shows update I already have. 10.1.0.....

how did you install through sachesi? did you just install the 2 bar files, i.e. the core OS and the radio file or did you install the whole folder?

I tried to install just the 2 bar files on my SQN 100-5, and it did not work. I installed the whole folder and I'm now enjoying the leak.

Something is wrong with the download for sure.

The only thing I can think of is to do another search and download and try that, and if that doesn't work maybe different search parameters

I have removed the downloads from my laptop and reinstalled them and the same thing happens. I have gotten it loaded on may Q10 without the sim card using the Autoloader and can us it on WiFi. But as soon as I put the sim card back in it will not work. It will not Autoload with the sim card in the phone.
