    Hi:

    Is there anyone who can't install App from App World after upgrading to latest OS 10.2.1.2102? I can upgrade App if newer version is available but can't install new App from App World. It's really weird and I have no clue about it.

    What device are you using? Are you on wifi? In BlackBerry World swipe down from top and go into Network and Data Limits. If wifi only is selected then can't download when using network data. Is the likely cause.

    If this doesn't fix it please explain your issue more in depth. Like step by step what you are doing.

    Yes, I have restarted my Q10 for several times, the result is the same.
    My issue is when I decide which App in App World, I choose "download" and the download procedure starts, after the download is completed, the "installation" procedure starts and it pops up a dialog window tell me that there is some issue happened and can't let me install the App. The screen shot is as attached.
    I have Wi-Fi turned on.

    I have a similar problem with my Q5, but without any dialog, just stop doing anything after download. I tryed to wait for a long time, restart the phone, BB World, update the BB World but nothing happens.
