Have a T-mobile branded Z10 on T-mobile post paid unlimited. OS 10.1.0.4200 (Yes T-mobile, this is overdue for an update...).

Yesterday I installed the latest BBM.

Today, was texting and kept getting multiple repeat copies of the last text message I received. Not immediately, some were spaced a 1/2 hour or 1 hour apart.

Not even sure if this was a T-mobile issue or a Z10 issue or an OS 10.1.0.4200 and a new BBM issue.

Any thoughts?

Sounds like a crappy connection. Funny how you assume it was your device though, maybe it was the senders device?

Well, I just made the move from a Curve 9330 / Verizon to a Z10 / T-mobile. Have sent plenty of messages to this individual before, and this is the first time it's happened. So it was logical to assume it was either the Z10, T-mobile, or an incompatibility between the new BBM and the OS as those are the 3 most recently changed things in this equation.... though which that would affect standard text messages I don't know.

I noticed it last night. Double messages from two friends. They were one-word responses.
