I know you used to be able to do it on older models but does anyone know where to "restrict your identity" on the Z30?

I think in the phone app. Go to settings. and you can choose to not show my number

Don't see any settings in the phone app or in the main settings that will do it.

Press the phone icon. Will open phone app. Then swipe down from top press settings then "show my number". Set to off.

Grafixx, can you show us a screen shot of what yours look like. I'm not sure if you are looking in the right place or if there's some real difference here. I'm now on my 3rd Z30 and all have been the same plus my previous z10 was also same.

OK I just verified here with my two phones. Seems as though some of the options are sim enabled. When I turn off mobile network I see a good few of the selections disappear and I get same screen as last post. When I enable mobile network, I get all the options to show or hide my number etc. So my conclusion is that this is a network controlled feature.

You may be right. None of the VZW BB10 phones in our company have that option nor does my Z30. Apparently not a VZW option.

I beleive there is an option on the VZW site for your account that can block the number. I seem to remember seeing it a while ago.
Will did into my account and check in a bit.

Confirmed. I am using my verizon z10 here in Hungary, and when I have my t-mo sim in I get the options that Anthony Lovings has. Not the same at home in NJ.
