    Yesterday I got a message asking me to update to 10.2.1.7.. (I can't remember the ending numbers) but as I was quite busy I didn't update it and now with time I went to update and I get that I got latest version (wtf!).
    Did Blackberry pull the plug?!

    Is your phone locked or unlocked? Also what carrier and what country are you in. Also BlackBerry Q10 or Z10?

    SLT-2 Z10 TIM Brasil (unlocked)

    I'm so frustrated because I was so sure it was out for everybody and to my surprise it doesn't seem to be the case.

    Will I get my update back?

    There was a rumoured update mid-february, perhaps we will see another release within the next couple of weeks.

    I have VERIZON Q10...and am in middle east now, I didn't get the 10.2 update yet! why is it??any oda way to get the upddate

    I think you have to be on Verizon's network, so either swim across the Atlantic or use an autoloader/Sachesi.

    Definitely not true. I can't say that you will get the update but there is no reason why you shouldn't. The reason you haven't yet, is because nobody else either did. Since you have a Verizon branded device, you need to wait until that specific update is released. Nobody knows when that is. When it releases you can update ota like everyone else. Good luck. Feel free to take his advice if you don't feel like waiting, though.
