Has anyone heard of a company making a bluetooth keyboard case specifically for the Z30?

After seeing the typo on the iPhone. The phone case for the Z30 would really make me do the switch from my Z30 and maybe slowly start using the the on-board virtual keyboard.

P.S. I have used the Z10 for 3/4 months until the Q10 was launched in May. I hated the virtual keyboard since I've been using the keyboards all my life. Other then my first phone being a motorola flip back when i was in grade 6.

Personally I think blackberry just use all their patents steal the typo idea and make 2 different keyboards.
1 slider since I've seen so many people begging for a slider BB10 device
1 typo alike where the case takes up a bit of screen but is sturdy.

From what I know Typo has no patents are their keyboard, so couldn't Blackberry just take their keyboard make it less rickety and remodel it for the Z10 and Z30? This approach would take almost no R&D and they can just hand it over to their buddies at Foxconn to make them for cheap.

I'm down to make a petition on change.org if i get enough followers:P

Seriously no one thinks this is a good idea.
The virtual keyboard is good but just like Chen said the physical keyboard is "ionic".

People buy large touch screens because they want a bigger screen for movies, games, easier to see and looks nicer.
Look at Typo for example they are making a killing off $100 a pop, you can get a cheap android or old BBOS7(with a better keyboard) for that much. This is showing that physical keyboards are still in demand but people now a days want a bigger screen.
Another example: People were pissed about BB10 not launching with the Q10 first. I know so many people that will upgrade their BBOS7 (I live in Waterloo and there is a lot of them that only work class parents have) for a Z30 with a physical keyboard.

I like this idea. I say slap a 2,000 mAh battery in the bottom of the attachment to properly balance the product and you'd be in good shape. The keyboard is bluetooth, so it would need a battery anyhow.

The Typo is really light (40g/1.4oz) and lasts 7-14days a charge so 2000mah battery is not needed.

I can see if they made a slider addition it could be heavier. But I can see it just doubling the original model and weigh 80g(3oz).

Yes, actually. I have been commenting on the forums since this new Q20 Belt came into play. They should innovate a bit and they should somehow put the trackpad in the space bar or do something creative with it.

Since the typo has the Home Button and hold for Siri

So they can switch out that Home Button/Siri and change the keyboard a bit.

I always have my bluetooth on connecting to my "Blackberry Gateway" and to my Car. My phone still lasts a day at least.

Not to mention look at the iPhone Typo, it's completely sold out until April at 100$ a pop. iPhone battery is known to be much worse then BB10 phone battery.
