    Hi can we delete all the contacts since it has duplicates and then restore from max app...
    I tried to merge under number but still duplicates are still there in my contacts...also it took almost 30 minutes to merge and and another 30 to restore...2800 contacts...kindly help...

    I'd try to identify the source of the clones before doing anything, else they are just going to come back, eh?

    Also, keep in mind most duplicate contact issues have been fixed in later OS versions, so I urge you to update to 10.2.1 if you haven't.

    Last I saw duplicated contacts, I was on 10.1 and Skype was going mad on me. See if you can pin down the source!
