Almost exactly a year ago today, I first released my native cascades BB10 app Couch 2AnyK Pro to help people learn to run and get in shape. I should have posted about the app here then, but hopefully I'm making up for it now, just in time to help with keeping those New Year's resolutions!

Get in shape using a proven plan to get you from your couch to running 5K (3.1 miles) or 30 minutes in 9 weeks! Based on the treadmill version of the original C25K program, the application alerts you (via an audio chime, vibration and/or a visual cue) when to run and when to walk in order to gradually build up your fitness. Two timers are displayed, one for total workout time and one for the current activity, and the workout can be paused or restarted. Completed workouts are recorded with a checkmark and the date completed to track progress as you move through the program.

Thanks for letting me know. I posted new screenshots to BlackBerry World for the new version, which is what you see above. Unfortunately I went ahead and removed the old ones first. So until the new ones are approved, no screenshots are showing in BlackBerry World. Hopefully the new ones are approved by BlackBerry soon.

Sorry for the confusion on the pricing. I'm putting it on sale for $0.99 for the next couple weeks and just changed it, which is why it may have shown up like that. It takes a while for the changes to filter through BlackBerry World. I'm hoping it's all in sync by the morning.
