I have a lot of contacts from different countries, so I always save their phone numbers with country codes. Everything worked just fine until I upgraded to OS10.2 (first 10.2.0.1047 then 10.2.1.1925, problem persists). Now when my phone receives incoming calls, it only shows incoming phone numbers (country code is removed) but not contact information.
This is really bothering me because sometimes it's embarrassing not konwing who's calling, especially in a business setup. For legacy OS I used to have similar problems but it was solved by changing some settings, but I can't find similar settings on BB10. Could anyone help me out?

The setting you are looking for is in the phone app settings (called smart dialing)

I have around 5000 contacts and sometimes my Z10 will not display caller name when it starts ringing.

Caller details show up after the call is completed.

Any idea why

Thanks for the tip but I found out the setting is already "unknown", which is the same as on legacy devices. Any idea what I should do with it?

I understand... it's dissaster.

I've lost some contacts after the update or better said it's not synchronising well with exchange address book. So I don't see some names either.
