With this option on PC on Blackberry Link "Reload" I just have to plug my phone and press that button?
or I have to remove SIM, do some wipes or something?

And.. will this reloading OS solve battery lifetime issue?

    Any advice?

I really can't use phone more than 3 hours.
When I say "use" I mean on connected wireless, sending messages, viber and a little bit facebook constantly.

In IDLE, battery lifetime is not so bad.

    my settings:
    - low brightness
    - just one mail 24 hour sync
    - 2G network
    - no background apps
    - priority HUB is turned OFF
    - sending diagnostic to blackberry is turned OFF

What OS are you on? Send us a Device Monitor screen shot of your battery use.
Besides all that for 3hrs use something is screwed somewhere. Also, turn off contacts sync until you need it too. So much is turned on by default in 10.2 thats not needed kills battery life. Message sync log can be deleted too from operation. No need to run a log on message sync'ing. Thats ridiculous. Over all I need to see your battery drain % per system, screen and with any other top usage drains.

    OS is official 10.2.1.1925

    Top usage apps are
    Display 21%
    System 15%
    Standby 11%
    PIM Services 2.1%
    others 1%, <1%..

There is almost no application that drain so much battery instead of system and display.

Where to turn off contact and message sync?

I turn off everything that I really don't need..

Judge on cpu usage for last 12 hours and if system takes 50% or more more than likely a reflash will be needed. Anything else and it might just be a wasteful app or setting.

Does the phone shut off before the battery reaches 1%?

System then Accounts.. Your battery drain % in that screen shot must have been after a charge. Wait till about 20% left then try again. Not enough data. Also a graph shot of the battery usage.

Try pulling the battery and leave it out for an hour for a start and then take it to full charge. See if that helps. From your % nothing looks abnormal so far but not enough use to tell. The graph shot is very important..

Try this and see if it helps:

Don't use generic or weak chargers with your Z10. They throw off the charging circuits. To recalibrate and solve your issues follow these steps: Take out the dead battery, SIM card and SD card. Plug in the original BlackBerry charger that came with the phone. Hold the power button for 3 seconds or until you see the red light come on. Leave the phone in this state for at least 2 minutes or until it shuts off completely on it's own. You may or may not see the red battery outline or the white blackberry logo on the screen. Plug out the charger and leave everything out for 1 hour. Replace everything and allow the phone to charge. Never use weak chargers on your Z10 again.

I'm not saying that weak chargers are the cause or the only thing that can trigger this flaw in the phones but it is a factor in many cases of battery charging circuit miscalibration.

The app below shows you your battery health. Even if it's currently poor it can be brought back up in the future.

Your CPU is running hard.. Is this a new install? That's what it looks
like. If so it may take a week and a half to clam. What OS are you on and
how long has it been installed? Try the reset CyberMan2013 mentions
and see what happens and did you pull the battery for an hour like
I suggested? Your CPU is very busy like its a new install but even
then it is still working hard. Do you have any network games or Android
apps that need net connection a lot? Is VPN, NFC or Wifi running
under connections? Make sure Blackberry Protect is turned off...
If you are on 1925 you may have to load 1926 radio..

@CyberMan2013 I will give a try, thank you on suggestion.
I use only blackberry USB/Charger for chargning my phone.

@akawarrior I forgot to pull out battery for a one hour.
My OS is installed about 7 days ago, 10.2.1.1925 (1899 radio) official.

From android apps I have Viber, but I almost don't use it.
I have Skype but from BB World.
    No games.
Wi-fi only when I really need it.
    Other things are off.

    Everything is economic.

    Battery health is good.

What phone model and how old is the battery? Just closing some unknowns
to better help. I think the battery reset will help as you have only had the OS for 7 days.
The reset will help the phone better display proper battery use. Reset also
helps normal the phone. A new install has a lot of work to do. It can take
up to a week and a half sometimes to level out. Switching to 1926 radio
may help too but I would wait a week and a half before making drastic
changes.. Here is mine on z10 100-3 running 1925 with 1926 radio after a
months.. Didn't set it up to auto display because of so many screen shots
already in this thread. You will have to download it and look at it.. PNG file..

Sorry for late reply guys, I'm a little bit busy these days.
Battery is ok for now, I mean like every other 'normal' battery in Z10..
So I will let phone in this 'condition' without touching anything, for now

    Low usage - full day
Medium or heavy usage - maybe arround 5-10 hours (I don't use my phone so heavy for now)

    My model is STL100-2

Also the display value usually isn't that high. I have my brightness at 33% or so and it isn't that bad. If you lower it to 0 it is still readable and uses a lot less battery power and you usually get used to it pretty quick. I recommend about 10% to make the whites look right.
