Keep in mine that if you are on Wi Fi it will update over wi Fi. On my blackberry link I was getting an error message and after investigating. I realize my update was taking place over wi Fi.

I was on with AT&T technical support today as they were nice enough to provide me with the unlock code for my Q10. While I had their attention I asked if they had any information regarding when they would be pushing out OS 10.2.1 for the Q. He put me on hold and said he would check...unfortunately he said there wasn't any information in his system regarding a date for the release.

I've heard February 10, but that came from a post here on CB. I guess we will all know come Monday. At least I was able to get the unlock code for my Q. There is something to be said about being a loyal long term customer of AT&T.

If February 10th comes and goes without a update I will update it with other means. I'm sick and tired of waiting for these US carriers to send an BlackBerry OS update when the rest of the world gets it in a timely manner. The fact that they completely skipped 10.2 is very sad. Thank god for leaks and Sachesi!!!

Also if your phone is unlock you can update with a sim from a carrier who already have the update, I brought a sim on amazon for $7. 00 and got the update from Rogers, I got tired of waiting on at&t.

Yes I would also be shocked if AT&T really does release it tomorrow. I'm already prepared to update it myself on Tuesday.

I will be more than pleasantly surprised if the OS update shows up tomorrow...shocked would be more appropriate. I'm not losing any sleep tonight in anticipation of it being pushed tomorrow.

Yes, indeed Chilli no software update. Are you surprised? I think I speak for many when I say no. I believe the real date was February 10 2015. I think by then the second generation Z10 would be out and we will have maybe if we are lucky 10.3 software but not if you buy it directly from AT&T. If you buy it from them it will come with 10.2.0

Well, not surprised at all. Fortunately, I installed Rogers release. I was waiting for the AT&T update to download it on my wife's Z10, but I guess I will use Rogers on her as well. She has been using their 10.2 OS anyway. =0)

I went on Feb the 8th to my local AT&T store and I was very surprise when the manager using a BlackBerry Q10 told me that on Feb 10 during sometime of the day I will be able to update my phone.
I'm from South Texas (central time) so hang in there! Now if by the end of the day I don't get my update that manager will have to deal with me, I also read it on the internet after she told me the releasing date.

Ok to all AT&T users just got off the phone again with Supervisor for AT&T. Once again a whole different story and supposedly they don't have a definite release date of new software. His words same old story ("we are checking software to make sure"). When I asked what happened to release of first 10.2 which they said the same? Answer was "there must have been something wrong with 10.2 that is why we never released it". I responded is that going to be the excuse when 10.3 comes out and 10.2.1 still hasn't been updated with AT&T response "I don't know". Typical! I am done with AT&T! Going to Verizon for update on their sim if they don't have it ordering update on line. I won't side load but people have said good things about side load. On either case heed my advise pay your $7.00 at Verizon or side loaded or get it from one of the Canadian companies or European. Save yourself the trouble of waiting.

Just spent an hour on the phone with BlackBerry Customer Support. They have no idea when AT & T will put out 10.2.1. They said they called the carrier and was told the carrier did not know either. I asked to speak to BlackBerry in Canada. Customer support would not transfer me to BlackBerry in Canada. So, it seems, AT&T nor BlackBerry will do anything about the situation. I also called BlackBerry USA headquarters in Texas. I left a message with the sales group there. I bet BlackBerry Texas won't call back either.
