    Hello guys

    I am having an issues setting up one of our Q10. All other phones (5 pcs) worked like a charm.
    I use the advanced setup mode, enter all my data (correctly, because all others worked perfect).

    It takes ages saying: "Checking for supported services and policy information"
    After about 5 mins it says: "An unexpected problem occurred with ... then the address. Some features may not be working correctly."

    Does not solve the problem. It just sort of hangs there... all other users went like a flash.

    Well, if it only happening on one device, I suggest do a factory reset and reload the OS?

    Other accounts work on that one device causing the issue, just that one not. Also that one account don't work on any other Q10s either.

    Are there individual settings based on users for Outlook mobile access? Maybe this user's access isn't turned on?

    Other accounts work on that one device causing the issue, just that one not. Also that one account don't work on any other Q10s either.
    Possible to remove that one account and re add? or do a custom forward job to another? If that one account is not working on other handset then the problem is with the account.

    His users are not enabled for eas. Outlook web access maybe yes but not ActiveSync.

    All settings, not in a group the prevents access as well, on server?

    SMTP is fine for the user as well - copy and past to unsure, account is not disabled or too many bad password attempts? User can use EAS on another device??

    Check to make sure user is not in a protected group, or that permissions ARE being inherited from higher level groups. As weird as it sounds, if a user is not having BES admin permissions I am not able to activate them properly (always have some weird error)

    Have checked all this. Same problem.
    Cant use EAS on other device. So must be something wrong with Exchange.
