I'm on 10.2.1 and I've noticed that my screen doesn't automatically get dimmer or brighter depending on where I am.

This was a feature I loved in regular 10.2!

Anyone having the same issues or got a fix??

    It doesn't do that.
Set your screen timeout to 10 seconds. That will save your battery

Mine does do it. Are you sure its not getting brighter? Try a flash light to see if its working. That how I tested mine. I didn't think it it had a light sensor either till I did the flashlight trick when watching a video.

Mine does it too- Try wrapping your hand around the top of the device. It should ever so slightly (and slowly) dim. The ambient light sensor should adjust. When you remove your hand, you should be able to notice it return brightness. This is given of course based on your original brightness level and brightness of the room you are in.

mine is similar i guess? when i unlocked my phone it's so bright so i have to press the on/off button again and let it go black for 5 seconds then unlocked it again. that way it becomes dimmer and comfortable to my eyes.

my suggestion for you is do the same thing, and make sure your display brightness is at least set to half. also, test your proximity sensor via BlackBerry Virtual Expert, search it using search app on your device or download it on BlackBerry World. Check if it has no issue.
