    Hi there.After i updated to 10.2.1 my camera freezes on 1:1 Ratio and it doesnt capture any pic.. But its working with 4:3 and 16:9 ratio.
    I tried everything but still keeps freezing.I even wiped my phone

    It's happening on my wife's Q5 too - thanks for suggestion to change aspect ratio, I'll try it as she's being desperate because of this bug. And I planned to wipe her device...

    I'm having the same issue. Downgraded OS to 10.1 and it worked for a bit and now it stopped. Wiped and reloaded 10.1 and issue persists...I'm at a loss...please help!!

    Only as a hint, I read in the forum that some user(s) solved it by sideloading a camera .bar file. I was interested coz it happened 1x to me. But I just shut down phone then restarted and cam worked again.

    On 10.2.1.2141...just updated and camera freezes occasionally when using the flash.

    Have you tried a hard reset? Hold both volume keys till the screen turns black, the phone should reboot. My camera was frozen earlier today too, and I did that and it fixed the problem

    I restarted the phone and it does solve the problem temporarily.
