Hi folks. My company runs Lotus Traveler and though I see the Lotus Traveler option under accounts ->e-Mail, Calendars...->advanced, it doesn't work when my IT guy puts in the settings there. I now have to use an android app downloaded through Snap to access Corporate mail. It takes the settings in that app. Obviously I'd prefer a native experience. Any suggestions?

I had a problem setting it up with the built-in Traveler setting, but using the ActiveSync account settings and putting in the server address etc manually it worked fine for me.

Unfortunately I'm no longer working at that company so can't check anything else.

I am also in the same boat, I cannot get to my companies Lotus Traveler as well. I have worked with the IT guys but they not will to set it up for Blackberry.

Is there an app I can run to simulate my Z10 as an Android device to work?

If I cannot get it to work I have to jump from the BB world.

Have you tried setting it up as just an ActiveSync account rather than a Traveler one?

Yes I tried that. The issue is on the server, I have been told the IT tech does not want to set up Blackberry, Most likely he does not know how.

If there is a way to simulate an Andriod Device, it would work.

Same issue with my company - there is legacy BES but they say they "will strategically move away from all Blackberry platforms as supported items" - Android and iOS is supported via Lotus Notes Traveler 8.5.3.

I have now tried a Z10 to connect but no success - only with the Android version of Lotus Traveler - but that way is really bad compared to the current experience of a BB9000 on legacy BES.
