    Could Blackberry please resolve the name recognition part of the phone part of this software. It is much better than it used to be but the following still happens (Z10 + Z30):

    1. You look at your call/missed call list and the names have disappeared and replaced with their phone numbers. It is thus difficult to know who called you.
    2. On the Quick Dial, the names last a maximum of 3 days and change to their phone numbers. You then have to delete them all and assign them again.
    3. If you have a name on Quick dial and it turns to numbers and that person calls you, the name doesn't show up.

    . In this country, the very early BB10 name recognition problem was what sent many away from the Blackberry brand. Come on BB, this is elementary as every other phone I know does this easily. Please resolve this quickly

    I've never had an issue with this. Kind of OCD. I clear my call log after EVERY call. If I miss a call, I clear it and set an appt in calendar to call back.

    BlackBerry OS10 CONTACTS still does not function as it did on previous BlackBerry OS versions 6 and 7. As an example, they recently re-added the Groups function, however it doesn't sync with EAS email clients as it did prior to OS10. There are other subtle examples....

    I always delete the call log after I complete a phone conversation cuz my pocket always seems to call the number. Please remove the phone icon in the bottom corner of the Q10 so this doesn't happen all the time and sorry for highjacking!
