    There seems to be some discussion about preferences pertaining to how to answer the phone calls. Swipe down, swipe left... etc...
    Wouldn't it be cool to have preference settings to have your own method of doing that action? Or other actions?

    As I was debating with a friend the other day and I quote "too many options can be counterproductive".

    I don't see the call answer screen as that much of a big deal. Function over form... And the 10.2.1 call screen is rather more efficient.

    Now, I wouldn't mind a voice command to be on stand by when a call comes in...

    BlackBerry already stated this won't happen.

    In the scheme of life it's not a big deal.

    "Too many options..." Yes! Counterproductive... however a few customizable options would be appreciated, no?

    Blackberry *ahem* states a lot of things. It's a love/hate relationship based on these "statements" and promises... I'm hoping they can find their balance.

    Actually if you only pay attention to the official BlackBerry statements they are pretty good at keeping their promises. They just don't make very many of them. Michael Clewly and others have been very clear that the new answer screen is the way it's going to be. This is wise. If you think of all the easiest products to use, the basic functions are common across all manufacturers. Cars are a good example.

    As time goes by I am disliking the android incoming call screen lots.

    I want the old one back and I am willing to load a file from an old OS for the first time if we can do that(?) to get the BlackBerry phone screen back !
