Does anyone know where the water indicators are on the Z30?

I know there is one in the headphone jack but does anyone know if there are any more on the device? And if so, where?

I'm not sure if it is one, but there is what looks like a blue dot covering a screw in the lower right behind the back cover.

Hm, I see that as well.

I always thought they were white. I wonder if blue is a new thing.

I would imagine he got it wet and is gonna try and claim manufactures defect to get exchanged.

I got a bit of coffee on it and I think it shorted the battery.

Interestingly, the water indicator sticker in the headphone jack and (I think) in the HDMI port are still white. If those are the only two I might try and get it fixed under warranty. If not, then I'll just try and replace the battery myself.

I'd rather go the first route if possible.

The blue one on the screw is to make sure you haven't opened the phone. I would assume there are water detection stickers under the casing itself.

There are stickers hidden inside the phone on the board components and if you remove the warranty sticker to access it you've already voided your warranty.

If you spilled coffee and shorted the battery there will likely be evidence anyways. Honestly, you should probably foot the bill for your own mistake anyways...

I didn't create this post asking for people's opinion on what I should do. Your non-contribution to the thread has been duly noted.

You can claim warranty. But if they open the phone for repairs then they will see what has happened.
If else they will swap it on site.
On worst case scenario it will be returned without repair to you and then you can try and fix it on a local repairs shop.
    Cheers.
