Same problem here for Q10 on VZ, been checking over the air and via BB Link on computer and still nothing - is it just us 2? Anyone know how what the deal is? -tried a restart already as well. Thx in advance.

Yeah, thanks Verizon. This is why I want to switch to T-Mobile now, especially with the ETF deal. I'm also in California (Pasadena) with a Q10. Nada thus far.

According to the threads here, it's not out on T-Mobile yet either. So, other than lower prices, what do you gain from going to T-Mobile?

Nothing in Philadelphia as of yet, but I'm certain we will be the first to get it as that's just the type of attitude Philly peeps have...plus I'm just waiting to update and then switch back to my Z30 and then do this all over again next week.

Just got off the phone with Verizon....they didn't seem to know much about the update. Said it will be rolling out in blocks over the next few weeks....and thats after the verizon rep called blackberry....so frustrating by lack of information...Hopefully soon!

Just off phone w/ VZW. Rep said update should be available. However, she said it does no good to keep checking for updates unless you are connected to WiFi.

You should be able to download OTA if connected to WiFi. If not connected it will keep saying you have latest version.

In addition, it is available through Link as well.

I cannot confirm or deny this as I'm on the road neither connected to WiFi nor Link.

T-Mobile's coverage seems decent. My friend has it with his Bold and has had no problems. On the other hand - as I type this, I am unable to make or receive calls (had to just borrow a different friend's phone, she's with AT&T). Why? "The cellular network is unavailable". This happens fairly often on Verizon. And I'm in one of their supposedly best coverage areas

I hear you but anyone that isn't using an iPhone or Moto X could ask the exact same question - Verizon is awful at updating phones.
