I want to update in the worst way but I cannot seem to clear enough memory to allow this to happen. I may have 20 + apps remaining and it seems the more of them I delete the more it just stays the same. Needing another 699 mb to do this. I have transferred all photos to my sd card. I find videos only through the video app, but when I go into file manager on either device or card they aren't there. Any suggestions? Also during the install does it delete Sms or anything else? Thanks for any help.

Have you considered doing a full backup with link, wipe the device, install 10.2.1.1925, then full restore?

I would love to do that but my pc and z10 do not see eye to eye. As a matter of fact they don't recognize each other at all. But if I plug my Z into any other pc it starts going through the motions for link. Not sure what to do on that part either.
