    We have Z10 and Q10's which we just updated to 10.2.1

    We noticed that PrintToGo no longer works (app crashes on start) since updating. Anyone find a solution? I found a commentor on the Blackberry forum but no solutions...

    Yup, seeing this too.
    I don't use it, only tried so I could contribute to good/not good data.
    But yeah, crashes immediately.

    Have you tried deleting it, reinstalling it from BBW, then performing a hard restart? It's working fine on my Q10 (haven't tried on my Z10).
