hi all,

just updated my Z30 to the new OS 10.2.1
and I saw this in my settings from the "network mode"
it's show me I can use th "4G/3G" mode!!!!



my z30 model Z30STA100-2/10.2.1.1925 "official update " ^^

please I need an explanation for this?!

It allows you to enable/disable which networks your phone can connect to. So if you want to conserve data, you can turn off 4G. Or if you go abroad and you want to use even less, you can select 2G only. Etc.

If you have a decent data plan with 4G, you can just leave it on 4G, 3G & 2G.

first, I have the 4G service...2nd, when I select the 4G,3G and 2G.... or 4G/3G.. after that when I closed the setting .. Automatically gose to the last mode" 3G"...

indeed, my sister's using Q10 4G&3G mode with same my network coverage "viva" in same area and house ^^

They have different compatible radio bands and the Q10 just so happens to have the necessary band for 4G "viva" in your area. Happens to me (on Z10) all the time when I travel with my wife (on Q10). She always seems to get a broader range of service, and then barely uses it (except for messaging) anyway.
