Never have been able to backup device since purchasing two months ago. Always get the same error message.

Does anyone know of a fix for this?

jdelvalle56 thanks for your post! Watched the video tutorial, but didn't come away with a particular fix. Currently, I have an open unresolved issue ticket w/ BlackBerry support after a Web ex session didn't resolve the issue. The case has been passed along to the next higher BlackBerry support level for consideration. Will post if they come back with a solution.

try on another pc, might be the anti-virus in the pc

had the same issue a few days ago, was able to sign-in only after >system restore (earlier date) >
had my mcAfee uninstalled & re-installed a few hrs ago

was able to sign-in on another pc w/o issue ...

GCMB23 thanks for the suggestion! I don't have access to another computer, however I did disable my anti-virus protection and tried the backup. Got the same error message and Blackberry Link couldn't complete. Chose to not uninstall my anti-virus software... so not sure if that could be a temporary workaround for me or not.
