    So I installed clash of clans on my z10 (10.2 updated) and it was working fine for the first day but then after that every time I opened the game it would say "update available" but I had the latest version already and wouldn't let me play it untill I pressed update but I had the latest version already.. but still keeps saying the same thing... (need help!)

    There is a newer version. If you use Snap you will be able to update it as it's only updated in the Google Store. If you aren't sure what Snap is, just do a quick forum search.
