since i got into using the 10.2 leaks (and 10.2 official as well) i've had problems with the fb messages not sending when you type them via the hub (well, sometimes it does... but rarely). and especially not ever being able to send pictures, through the fb interface in the hub or if you open the fb app to send a pic. it just doesn't go through. Now i'm on 10.2.1 and still the same problem.

this problem isn't really related to yours but i'd just like to point it out there because i've been mentioning this since 10.2 has been leaked and have found no solution to fb problems. they keep updating the app but for me, i've never seen a solution to the constant problem i'm having. i'm thinking it's fb itself because i've used multiple different OS versions and nothing has changed.

Ugh it frustrating one minute it works next it doesnt I've reset the phone an still same thing... i havent tried the pics upload on the 10.2

I'm having the same issue. I re-started and it work for 2 notifications then stopped again. Select it and the hub goes dark like it's about to open Facebook and then goes back to hub with the notification unread ... frustrating!

Had the same issue this morning. Deleted FB, rebooted my Z10, then re-installed. Been working all day.

I started with the Same issue this afternoon. I tried restarting the HUB - no go. I tried rebooting the phone - no go. Finally I tried re-adding the account and.... still a no go.

Weird.

I ended up having to remove the account, delete the app, restart the phone, reinstall the app and account and then do a "hard reset" (hold the power button down until it rebooted) .

All seems well now.

Yea i tried deleting it which took 3 tries then reinstalled an added back acct... finally works but then it started acting up again like it wants to as another person posted

Mine is back to working for now. I hope it doesn't sketch out again & hopefully a hot fix comes soon for the app or OS to fix this issue.

Try reinstalling every Facebook thing (account and app) with a restart between deleting and install.

Resolved it for me.

I'm afraid I have the same issue:

After updating to the new official 10.2.1 and upgrading updating the new Facebook version, I started having issues with opening notifications in the hub. It would work fine for a while then get bugged again. After a restart it works fine for a while then it's bugged again and so on.

In addition the news feed stories are repetitive.
The new Facebook version has these 2 issues and I'm SO hoping they would fix the bugs.

That's my problem, that the news stories are in weird order and repetitive. It was never like this before the update.

I've removed and reinstalled, the issue comes and goes. Sometimes fb posts load instantly from hub, other times loads after a few seconds, and other times hub goes dark for a bit then doesn't open. Few minutes later it might start working again. I've seen this happen with Blaq in hub too.

I'm the same way and after a couple reinstalls of both apps, another issue cropped up .



Both Facebook and Blaq are showing duplicates in the hub.

I've had the same issue once in awhile. Kinda annoying

Rockin Z30 on 10.2.1.1925
