    I upgraded to 10.2.1.1925 a couple of weeks ago. I've noted that I do not get the notification icons in the lock screen. That is the only "bug" I have since I upgraded. May someone had the same problem? I've tried everything with all the adjustment and on/off buttons variations.

    Please help!

    Have you turned on "Lock Screen Notifications"?

    I know you said you toggled "on/off" but you're not very clear as to what you toggled on/off

    Have you tried rebooting the phone since turning Lockscreen notifications on?

    Thanks. Yes. I've tried the reboot, battery pull, SIM card and memory card "cycle", to no avail. It's very strange. I re-activated my dormant Z10 got the official 10.2 upgrade, (I have the. 1925 leak installed in my Q10) and after 1 or 2 views of the notifications they also stopped working in my officially upgraded Z10. WEIRD! Do the lock screen notifications are carrier dependant? That's the only explanation I can rationalize at this time... friends, help and ideas are appreciated... thanks beforehand!

    Set a password for your device, lock it, then unlock with your password. Notifications will be back.

    Ddamn that did really work. Weird, still don't know why i lost notification on my q10 after a carrier released OS update.

    It happened to me too.. I guess Blackberry Protect that cause it..
    However thanks for the tip, been looking anywhere else on the web but only here found the fix.. thumbs up..
