    Whenever I try to access Cellular Video on my Bold (which should be included with BIS, if I understand correctly), it indicates that I need to purchase a Media Max bundle to be able to watch the videos.

    Also, none of the AT&T CSRs seem to have a flipping clue about what I should do.

    I had the same problem (before the Bold was released). They removed my BlackBerry Plan, added it back, and it worked.

    Did that mess up your email account settings, etc.?
