It used to be work perfectly on my Q10, but due to the bugs came with an update 1.0.26 (1.1.5) The game force player to delete and re-install the game in order to get the game to be functional again, after that we never able to login the game again
I guess the problem now is the connection to patch server sg.gumi.bravefrontier
Or maybe because they change the location game data, If we know, maybe we cab can just copy patch data to get the game working

I have tired everything I could, but still no hope, waiting for one with solution

I tried quite a bit as well but nothing . Which version did you have that was working? Did it force you to update?

THANKS SO MUCH. This worked!!!! If anyone is getting the black screen after the intro video, just leave it in 10-20 min and it gets to the download screen. Once it's downloaded it will always work Thanks AnthonyWC!

Hey! Sorry, do you know where to get the proper v1.1.5 bar file downloaded? I downloaded a v1.1.5 apk file, converted it to .bar and there was prompt on my screen that says video cannot be played and app crashes.

I downloaded a v1.1.4 apk file and converted it to .bar and after waiting for the black screen, the download screen appears but it never starts downloading, just keeps crashing.

Any help would be great. Thanks in advance! I'm on a BlackBerry q10 running the latest software

When you guys say leave it at Checking files for a long time, do you just leave your phone alone, and let it go to sleep? Or do you physically touch the screen every minute to make it not go to sleep?
