    Both me and my wife have Q10s. My wife's bbm details were nicely listed in my contacts app (along with bbm voice and video). I stupidly deleted my wife's bbm pin from within the contacts app and subsequently re added it. However, after re adding, it simply lists the pin next to a 'bbm invite' box (which doesn?t work) and ultimately doesn't recognise that my wife is already a bbm contact. Bbm with the wife still works fine, although instant notifications no longer work when receiving her messages. We are both on 10.2.424.

    Any help with this greatly appreciated!

    I have been conversing with @ BlackBerryHelp about this on Twitter. They have no clue. Sometimes you may even get up to 3 times on one contact card the same PIN followed by "Invite to BBM." they don't know why and have no fix.
