Carriers give those non answers when they have nothing real to say, and The Nosey Bonk was paraphrasing what he/she thinks the carrier really means.

If you used Blaq or another third party Twitter app and search @TheNoseyBonk, you'll see that they tweet from Blaq for BlackBerry 10, so they're not being hateful

blackberry used to be the king of the hill, for some reason modern society loves to see giants fall no matter how good they are...and they seem to have the apple can do no wrong... kinda annoying love my blackberry

I called Vodafone and they say BlackBerry haven't released the 10.2.1 to them yet...... I explained that the other top carriers in UK O2, EE have a released the latest software update. And they stayed firm saying we have no new updates to release. So not sure when us Vodafone UK customers will get update.

Because they're a wireless carrier and wireless carriers have a history of not really knowing very much at all, especially when it comes to BlackBerry.
