After the 10.2.1 update this morning I now have visual voicemail on my Rogers Z10 again! This is a feature I greatly missed. Glad Rogers approved it!

I never had it before and called to complain about it. They said blackberry didn't support it.

Mine is just stuck in this screen!

I had it on the original software, then installed the leaked 1925 and it stopped working, did the most recent update yesterday morning and now this is where it gets stuck!

Spent half a day on the phone with Rogers. Was hoping with latest update I could get VVM to work. Was told by multiple agents that Rogers now only offers VVM for BlackBerry and Android thru MMS. I would prefer the use of the native OS10 app. If anyone could provide me with the provision code for Rogers VVM that would be helpful.

I spent a day on the phone with Rogers a couple of months ago. I detailed it in a thread, you need to ask for a specific sku....and don't deviate. I had to talk to about 5 people, and finally some one was willing to give it a try....and it worked.
The info is on CrackBerry.com somewhere.

It works great for me. It was always included in my value pack but never worked until 10.2.1. Very happy with it! Love how I can delete then without calling it in.

I'm still on 10.2.0 and I had visual voice mail since I got this upgrade several months ago. I am on Rogers in Vancouver and VVM works very well. I am in Mexico this week returning home tomorrow. Even though we have a great time here I can't wait to get home to install 10.2.1.

Update!

So previously I posted that I switched between all the value packs that are advertised currently and none worked, well today I went into the option for visual vm again, and it was showing that it's set up, i guess it took a few days but it's working now.

So currently Rogers has 2 sets of value packs, one set is for iPhone, and one is for all other phones. I have the 6.99 value pack for all other phones, it gets me visual vm, name display, and unlimited US/International texting. If you don't need the texting then there is a 4.99 value pack as well

But it's working again!

I'm trying to get mine working and I'm m with rogers. i don't get the mms/txt notification from rogers now which is good. I just get he visual voice mail notification in the hub, but my BlackBerry can convert the message to text.
