You know, where you flip through pages as if it was a really notepad. I don't want all this gimmick **** other than maybe the pages appeared in the hub by the date they were last edited

I've paid for apps like Easy notes and Turbonote and I hate them. I don't want all this faffing about with font sizes etc just a quick and simple type in and edit. A design like the iOS version would also be more attractive but I don't care if it's blank as long as it does the simple job of new note, edit, delete

No sorry it's not for me I pay SlickTasks for a similar experience, I just want a simple page for page notepad where you view and edit by one click. There's nothing wrong with the iOS notepad format I just want one like that for BB10 with the added feature you can access the notes on the date they were last edited in the Hub

CorkyNotes is not for me too. I don't want to faff about with pinning them spread around the screen. I literally just want to have a easy scroll between all the past notes with the newest and recent at the top

Use the app called Memo Pad. It doesn't get more simple and easy to use.

Would be perfect if it removed the title feature. Why do people care about titles in bygone years I've had drafts of emails with (no subject).

A subject or title is redundant only the first line should appear as the heading on the scroll.

Nope not a fan. Surely we will get our own iOS copycat version appear soon.

I don't want to click in several boxes to write a new note i.e. create a title, write the note than hit submit because that takes time which I find annoying.

I just want a simple note page which may has minimalist features (new note/delete note) in the corner somewhere and as soon as you open the app you type in thoughts.

Only the first line of the first few characters will automatically appear on a scrollable list so I can quickly identify which note is which as time passes by.

Think of reality for a moment with an actual notepad, you will have maybe 250 pages of a6 notes. Normally your first note will be on the top and you go down accordingly, occasionally ripping out pages as you go along. I want that sort of format on my phone. Just nice and simple and if it looks a little aesthetic than that's a bonus.

I had the same frustration as the OP, the notes app on iOS and the ancient MemoPad PIM function on PalmOS served me well for quick jots. Now I use swiftnotes as well on my BlackBerry. Think I downloaded it when they were giving apps away for Christmas? Not sure if it's free.
