    Does anyone know why data services r not available for Z10STL100-1/10.2.1.1925? It says sim isn't compatible.

    You might want to restart

    Try a restart:

    Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

    If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above

    If the restart doesn't work, try going into about > network > overflow menu (3 dots) > and Register your BlackBerry Network again

    Happened to me for the original 10.2 update. Power off the phone and remove the SIM card. Reinsert SIM and power back up. Worked for me then. This was on Bell in Toronto.
