A BlackBerry Q30 would be amazing. I hope that it becomes a reality. I am with Verizon, but I heard from someone that AT&T is halting their support for BlackBerry, and that all accessories are on sale at corporate stores for next to nothing.

Im willing to bet that jarkata will be the only phone that comes out this year. It doesn't make sense to keep coming g out with phones when there not sellling. Take the time work on the OS and getting apps. Because the Z30 flopped just like the z10.

1) it makes more sense to improve on phones when older devices aren't selling as well as you want them to depending on the factors contributing to the lack of sales

2) they are working on the OS, and they are getting apps(both native and the Obv 10.2.1 direct apk thing)

3) what's your definition of 'flopped' is there a time frame included there? Or its just whatever numbers you'll pull from last year? How long has the Z30 been out? Do you have the sales figures? Keeping in mind that most people are on a (at least) 2 year contract so to really say how well a phone has done on the whole, to be most accurate it helps to wait the two years, of course you can compare with past sales figure , other models within the same time frame but that's making assumptions

Your biggest assumption is that the single biggest reason devices aren't selling is because of the OS and Apps, I refer you to this thread; http://forums.crackberry.com/general...ml#post9932352

Ok stop it. If "Q30" would come out soon, we would at least know screen size, so developers can fix apps for it. We haven't heard anything like it. We knew about Z30 for months, as "upcoming device", and there is no mention of Q30 in documentation yet. At all

Maybe Blackberry have finally learnt how to keep things under wraps

'Jakarta' will most probably have the same screen resolution as one of other devices. So no need to mention. I didn't see much about q5 until it was officially announced either

No, it'l said nothing about the device coming, just the same information shared on cb a while ago, info found in os dumps, nothing else

Does anybody have any official story about whether the Ontario was actually axed?

Casual search didn't show anything about the Ontario being cancelled...

Anyway...I don't know if the new QWERTY device will be announced this week at MWC. I doubt it actually...though it would be nice if it is .

Anyway...I'm watching even more Doctor Who now...all praise Stormageddon: Dark Lord of All!
