Hello all,
I'm a bit of a technophobe and could really do with some help from some good people:-)
I have the blackberry Q10 and actually loving it and find it quite easy to use to be fair.
The only thing is, when it's in my pocket a few buttons must get pressed and it asks if I want to 'agree' to activate voice control. usually I just press 'I don't agree' and it's then ok. Yesterday though, it had activated the voice control and now it won't switch off. Every time I press any app on the screen the woman's voice just tells me what I'm pressing but doesn't actually go into the app. I can't do anything. I can't call, text, go on the internet or even get into setting to switch this off. It just keeps talking.

Any ideas, anyone?

Thank you John Vieira..I had same issue.."Screen Reader Mode". All good now.. Thank you brother.
